What an amazing little addition to my collection of workout equipment! It is functional and easily able to be tucked into a bag/luggage for a quick hotel room workout while on the road! These little discs slide very easily across carpeting! These sliders are excellent for adding new exercises to your workout routine for an extremely affordable price. I find these core sliders to be highly effective and efficient, they are a decent size and I love the color. I would absolutely recommend these sliders to anyone who wants to diversify their daily core workout routine.
I'm a personal trainer and wanted some different core exercises to offer my clients. And these core sliders put a new spin on the workout! Product seems to work well on most surfaces, but I would caution those who will use it on a hard wood surface to make sure the area is smooth and clean so you don't mess up your floors. I haven't tried them on the gym mats yet, but they work great on a carpeted surface!
The sliders are high quality. They are a little bigger than other sliders I have seen for sale. I like the bigger size. I am only starting to use sliders in my workouts, so having them even slightly bigger is good for my clumsy hands and feet. This product slides really well on both carpet (where I use it most) and on my vinyl plank floor.
Works great on carpet and hardwood. It helps you with many different exercises. I have 4 sliders and it is amazing what you can do with both hands and both feet on them! Easily packed for travel and takes very little space. Super light and well-built! Highly recommend!

I saw an article and videos that showed how effective exercise can be when using sliders. I take them to work and on days I won’t make it to the gym I try to find a discreet area with carpet to use these. You can find exercises to follow online. They’re definitely worth the price!
